Amy joined GWTD as a walker/pet sitter in 2010, then when the previous owner retired in 2017 she took the reins. Amy has been known to jump in the reservoir with the dogs on hot summer days and never turns down an opportunity to get dirty on the hikes. Amy has a Pyrenese/Lab mix named Jake, a calico/tortie mix cat named Itty Bitty, and an orange juvenile corn snake named Sweet Potato.

Cassie's childhood dog Pepper was a long time member of our pack, so having her with us is extra special. After graduating high school Cassie had been helping us with walks during college breaks, but as of January 2024 she has become a permanent member of our team! Cassie's 3 aunts also have dogs in our pack, all of whom are thrilled to have cousin Cassie walking them. Cassie's family has a new puppy named Tilly.

Matt worked with GWTD as a walker and pet sitter years ago before moving out of the area. When he moved back in early fall 2023 he re-joined the team and we're so glad to have him back! Matt also works as a bartender at Night Shift brewery, so you know the GWTD parties are a blast! Matt currently has a rescue dog at home named Bill.

Cheryl is GWTD's most veteran walker, and even though she is *technically* retired from walking now, she just can't stay away and often jumps in to help with walks on busier days. Cheryl has a background in massage therapy, just ask the dogs about her post-hike rubdowns! Cheryl is fur-mom to a beautiful German Shepherd named Nero.

Joan joined GWTD in 2023 after retiring from her 12 year catering position at Harvard University. Joan is actually Amy's mom, which suggests that a love of animals must be in the genes! Joan does walks, hikes and overnight sitting and is out to prove that retirement doesn't have to be boring!
